Lisa Arrington - Strength and Agility Program Director (BUILD)
Josh and Lisa (co-founders of Cougar Volleyball) are excited to expand into the realm of basketball. Josh is the executive director of Catalyst Initiative Athletic Club which is the non-profit society that both Cougar Basketball and Cougar Volleyball operate under. Josh manages our club’s facility and finances, and he is also one of our BUILD Strength & Agility trainers with a sports background in football and powerlifting.
Lisa is an ACE Certified Athletic Trainer and runs the BUILD Strength and Agility program for our club. Lisa has many years of experience playing both volleyball and powerlifting. She is passionate about athletes being healthy and strong both on and off the basketball court.
Caleb Arrington - Club Director
Caleb is an upbeat, positive, and encouraging individual with a knack for coaching younger aged kids. Currently pursuing his Bachelors in Christian Counselling, Caleb is a talented and experienced athlete with a heart for impacting people’s lives beyond the basketball court. Caleb has 4 years of program coaching experience with Cougar Volleyball, 2 years of experience coaching Maple Ridge Christian School’s middle school basketball team, and is currently an assistant coach for the MRCS Senior Boys Basketball Team.
Having experience dealing with the challenges of negative and discouraging coaches, Caleb is passionate about providing high level training in a positive and encouraging environment. His goal is to ensure that all Cougar participants LOVE the game of basketball!
